Sometime back around two years ago, I was introduce to the documentary, “What the health.” My reaction thereafter was to cut down my meat intake. I was convinced that meat wasn’t good for me. It has been nearly two years since and admittedly, I do sometimes end up eating some meat. I’m glad that my system doesn’t crave for meats. I use to love steaks. Last week, I was reading a book and the title “Forks & knives,” was mentioned. I watched it and OMG, it convinces me even more to switch my diet to totally plant base. Then there was another documentary called, “Game Changers,” and the highlights of the show pointed to a plant base diet. The biggest challenge for me is to give up milk & eggs.
I’m even more convinced to switch to a vegan diet.
